1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account with Juris AI, you represent and warrant that you are a practicing legal professional, Advocate, or representing a verified legal chamber within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Access by unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

2. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)

Juris AI is a drafting assistant, not a licensed Advocate. The AI generates drafts based on provided inputs and historical precedents (e.g., PLD, SCMR). The Advocate is strictly responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all citations before filing in any Pakistani Court.

We do not provide legal advice, nor does the use of our service establish an attorney-client relationship between you and Juris AI.

3. Subscription & Refunds

Access to the Juris AI platform is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Due to the high compute costs of AI generation and API infrastructure, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future billing cycles.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Punjab.
