We collect your Advocate details, including your full name, Bar Council Registration Number, and Mobile Number, strictly for the purposes of account verification and preventing unauthorized access by non-advocates.

2. Case Facts & Attorney-Client Privilege

Any case facts, FIR details, or client narratives entered into the drafting engine are processed transiently to generate the petition. We DO NOT use your specific client data or case facts to train our foundational AI models.

Your drafts are stored in your secure Digital Chamber solely for your retrieval. We respect the absolute sanctity of Attorney-Client privilege under Pakistani law.

3. Data Security

All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit AES encryption. Our backend architecture utilizes secure vector databases and relational databases hosted in secure, isolated VPC environments to ensure that your chamber's data cannot be accessed by other users.

4. Compliance

Our data processing practices are designed to align with the general data protection principles recognized in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the provisions set forth in the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) where applicable to data confidentiality.
